This new blocly folder is a git subtree created to compartmentalise the repository.

git-subtree-dir: blockly
git-subtree-split: 6d1df4df

This reverts commit 3122c8a9.

This commit only contains path changes, no file edits have been perform so that git can easily identify the move and keep the full history of all files.
If this commit is applied without the next it will break the build. This commit won't be pushed to master branch until back to working again, so master will always be working at HEAD.

Finally the select reinitialisation bug has been fixed by adding a destroy command.

Fixed german spalling

IE deselect exception fix.

IE11 with the developer tools open would still throw an exception on this line of code, so remove it as it is also executed and caught in the setTimeout.

Materialize issue https://github.com/Dogfalo/materialize/issues/701 does not show the button-collapse icon on large resolutions in IE even if show-on-large class is added, this overwrites the button-collapse display.

Multiple fixes to the navbar.
Some fixes to the form select, but still problematic.
Updated the fonts for correct rendering in Win7
