Add New Board: Cytron Maker Feather AIoT S3. (#7348)

* Added support for Cytron Maker Feather AIoT S3.

* 1. Select OPI PSRAM by default.
2. Fixed pin name error in variant.cpp.
3. Added definition for RGB_BUILTIN.

* Define the RGB_BUILTIN as shown in #6979.

* Added pin definition for A12 (Vin Sense).
