All commits implemented to relevant source code, except the code to be able to build native node modules.

Electron version updated to latest.

The path will not create additional overlays when an open modal is reopened, and instead bring it to top.

The additional code has been added too the minified version of materialize.js and a noted added to the README.md

Fixes #33.

Originally placed before the code diff feature was added, it is no longer required. This was also causing issues with code being displayed with the scape characters instead of HTML unsafe symbols.

Fixes #47.

Experimental feature not yet finished, but kind of working.
Additional blocks can be saved in the ./blocks directory (like grove blocks or any other third party).
This is likely to change as development continues.
Modal only accessible through development environment with electron, or executing the Ardublockly.openExtraCategoriesSelect() function on console.

Fixes #42.

Closes #20.

Minor updates to the Ardublockly front end were required to accommodate the new version

Temporary change to avoid unexpected behaviour with variable scope.
