Change version to come from Git rather than Mercurial

documenting them:
- Made major improvements to Javadoc.
- Added helper methods createOutputFile() and getOutputWriter() in
ComponentProcessor.
- Improved consistency in outputting destination file.
- Removed/replaced a few references to goro, ODE, Young Android, etc.
- Added my name back as author to some files (changed mind about being
anonymous).
- Added comments warning about Javadoc warnings in BluetoothReflection, to save
  time for anyone investigating the warnings in the future.
- Removed or decreased visibility of fields where warranted.
2. Added many package.html files to improve Javadoc.

Update mit-cml:master branch with current version from the mercurial repository

- Disabled warnings for non-standard tags used in blockslib.
- Modified in-line Javadoc to eliminate errors.
- Set up links to external Android documentation.

Removed gremlins from the tutorials pages and added links on the tutorial pages to the corresponding PDF chapters of the App Inventor textbook.

Issue 141:	Sign-off doesn't work. This is now fixed, by adding the LogoutServlet to the logout link.
