Interrupt functionality is exactly the same as with BCM lib

#213 fix. Seems to be okay when I tested. Hopefully no weird errors rise afterwards.

Fix for #217 GettingStarted enhancement.

maskIRQ: Fixed function to clear interrupt bits first.

Fix warning: C++11 requires a space between literal and identifier

Fix GettingStarted sample

The GettingStarted sample is apparently intended to send a number from the transmitter
to the receiver and echo that same number back again, but the code wasn't outputting
the echoed number properly. Now it doesn, and the user can see that the same number was
sent and echoed back.

Ooops.. thanks to marceloaqno for spotting this.

- Update scanner examples to use channels 0-125
- Update documentation indicating channels 0-125 only
- Per datasheet radio only has 126 channels

RPI2 autodetection
