handle lyrics stored at TXXX

it's much faster than bit shifting

two measures:
- corrected a bit in mp3 syncword
- revent the high pass filter from clogging if samplerate is too low

Provide audio_id3lyrics() callback

correct buffer filltime in processWebFile()

strlwr() is not standard C function
avoid indexer error
