Made a button in BlocksCAD.js for capturing the curent project view in the render window.
Placed the button next to the axes toggle button.
Uses a custom camera.png image for button. (could be resized to keep orrigional aspect ratio)
Tested, seems to work fine.

Completed German translations

making saving stl, amf, x3d "work" with safari.  It puts the text file in another safari window, which can be saved using ctrl-S.  What a pain!

hull block instead of Chain Hull.

First Translations for German

french thanks to Seb C. image tooltips for primitives.  The emails sent by
the backend are not handled yet.

translation.  Not complete by a long shot, but a good start.  All block
categories, block fields (except tooltips!), and menu options (except for
example file names) are translateable now.

and in the wrong place).  it reloads the page with the appropriate
language files.  Those files right now have only a few strings in them.  I
gutted index.html and put the code in bspage.js so that I can easily
replace strings with Blockscad.Msg.MESSAGE_STRING variables.  I copied and
modified the blockly messages.js -> json -> language_file.js chain to be
able to follow the same path they do for the language strings.
this is not in a usable state right now - incremental commit.

merged in latest development code for release

for making table columns user-sortable.

date columns are sortable, you can filter your results (name field),  it
tells you that it is loading the project list and fetching the projects
(with a busy.gif during project list and a "loading" text during project
fetch).  As a compromise on size and quality for now I'm saving the gifs
at 120x120 at 0.85 quality level.  I zoomed in on the models a tiny bit
more for the pics.  I put the gProcessor in the Blockscad namespace.
