Fixes google/blockly#35

Added extra buttons with icon to load and save blocks and to access the settings. The functions for this buttons are not yet implemented.

Don't crash on prompt cancel.

Don't crash when HSV_VALUE == 1

256 isn't a valid value (valid values range from 0-255, inclusive).  So the correct constant to multiply by is 255.

Use possessive 'its' instead of contraction for 'it is'.
