Issue 141:	Sign-off doesn't work. This is now fixed, by adding the LogoutServlet to the logout link.

Added shapes are:
- rounded: rectangle button with round corners
- rectangular: rectangular button with squared off corners
- oval: oval shaped button

If the user selects a Button other than default with the default color the
background no longer flashes yellow when clicked.  This was also true prior to
the shape property being added.  In another CL, I am planning on adding a fix so
that a Button flashes yellow when clicked no matter what shape or background
color it has.

Fixed failing FileExporterImplTest

authentication.

- Report more info for RuntimeExceptions in FileExporterImpl (and don't
report them as unknown download file)

- Catch a potential null pointer in getting a blob key

- Catch case where project isn't found in getProjectRpcImpl and log it
properly.

- Add userid info for file download errors
- Catch build error case where project is too big and send
  a better error to the user (and log it). ("Too big" is
  most likely >5MB.)
- Improve logging for other build failures (more info).
- Add a flag to control whether we send our Mercurial id to
  the buildserver. This makes it easier to test new servers
  without updating the build server. By default the id will
  be sent, but it can now be controlled by editing
  appengine_web.xml (no need to recompile).
- Distinguish the case of incorrect requests for the
  appinventorphoneapp_apk (wrong case) and log those
  specially. This should make it easier to see when that is
  happening in the logs.

known issues, and remove the separate link. Also, remove the special
warning message for the local dev server, since App Engine fixed the
bug that caused blobs to disappear between runs.
